Very close to the seaside. I loved the breakfast, broad range of choice and very good quality. Also, there were not many people in the sauna and a swimming pool which was a good thing. The only small disadvantage is that the rooms are not very new, and it would be good if there was a small renovation done soon.... More

First of all, very friendly and competent service hotel (reception), cleanliness, information, proximity to the beach (few minutes), close to Sopot (the hotel is located in Gdansk, but in close border with Sopot), an aquarium in the lobby. More

The hotel is just average. If you are in Gdansk for business then it is a pity to be away from the nice sites, even if you dont want to do anything.... There is nothing nearby. In my case I arrived 02:00am and there was no water in the room (tap water was not potable as per locals without boiling).... More

It was acceptable at the time. Good setting, reasonable breakfast and nice service but rooms are horrible. This hotel needs some major refurbishment. Uncomfortable beds and the heating wasn't working. And for these conditions it is very pricey in my opinion. Avoid. More

Me and my girlfriend picked this hotel for our Gdansk stay cause we are familiar with the Orbis hotels and they satisfy us. This one did not let us down. The location is good. Close to the beach and close to a nice road that leads to Sopot. As always with Orbis hotels the rooms were always clean and shiny.... More

Very satisfied with the service. Personnel very helpful, free Internet access, as also a good breakfast offer. The position is great, as it is only 2 minutes from the beach on foot. A perfect combination for people that need some "distance" after a stressing working day. As negative I would notice the canalisation smell that some times comes in to... More

We went there for a weekend in June. The price wasn’t cheap, but in the season you don’t expect anything else for what the called middleclass hotel. We were informed that the hotel is after some refresh but when we got there we found old style building with very basic rooms and despite some proves of rebuilding still in old... More

We had awaited averageness at arrival, so we faced no disappointment. We adapted well and the hotel was overall friendly, although we had some minor troubles. You need know how and force to unclock the room. At start of our stay we had to wipe dusty and mucky drawers and shelves with a wet cloth. Otherwise the rooms were well... More

stayed at Posejdon for two weeks due to work at Remontowa shipyard in Gdansk. Overall a nice stay. Close to both Sopot and Gdansk (5 min taxidrive to downtown Sopot/7£). 3 minute walk to the beach. P.s. Sopot is known as "Polands riviera", wich I can completely agree with. Poland is highly underrated with lots of friendly people. More

Stayed at the Hotel Orbis Posejdon in Gdansk for a week with my family. The main purpose was to have a nice holiday, relaxing, shopping and sightseeing in the Gdansk and Sopot area. The hotel is located outside the city of Gdansk close to the beach, approximately 200 m. It is rather easy to go by tram to Gdansk as... More
