“out of the way but great room”

It's a bit far from the city center (we had to took a bus to the nearest tube station and then the tube to the center) but our room was huge with a big bed, big desk, lcd tv, kettle with tea and coffee, nice washroom and a good breakfast included on price... the only problem was that the room... The Relax Inn was a pretty nice place. There was a slight mix up with our rooms which was soon sorted out. The prices were good for the type of accomadation that was on offer. Not a four star hotel, as it seems to be advertised in a number of places. Would not recommend this hotel. On arrival we were informed that the pool and sauna were under refurbishment (neglecting to indicate this in correspondence with hotel only one week prior to arrival).
