Our check in was quick and with no troubles. I was expecting the bed mattress to be more comfortable than how it was. Nevertheless, the room was lacking few items; such as hair dryer, bed lamps (s), and bathroom curtains. Overall I won’t mind going back to the hotel.

Refused to arrange a late check-in, at 3am, on a fully paid up reservation. Cocky arrogant staff, who cut my call. After turning us away at 4am, they even refused to refund my reservation amount. In my 14 years of travelling outside my country, this has probably been my worst experience!
