Our family of 6 has stayed in apartments all over Europe and had wonderful experiences with them. Not this time. We stayed 5 nights in the Old Town B51 Exclusive. Their driver that picked us up from the train station was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. When we arrived at the apartment, half the lights didn't work, the TV didn't work,... More
