all staff were more than willing to assist, facilities were great as was location breakfast was great nothing seemed to be too much for staff they were so helpful in many aspects during our stay they were warm friendly and approachable would love to stay there again

We found the hotel very cozy, clean and close to all the major sites. Wonderful staff like Premyzl and Isabella make the stay in Prague even more memorable. In Vienna now and we miss you guys already.
