Friendly and hospitable staff. Everything was fine except two points: railway view (it could be a problem during the nights, but was solved by turning the air-condition system on) and a bit faraway from the Old Town. The hotel has pleasant inner pavilion. Wi-Fi - everywhere.

Stayed here for 3 nights in April. Room was a bit small and dark but was fine for a base. Furniture a bit too dark for size of the room but think they are looking for the Gothic theme. Very friendly staff, a very nice welcome drink, the bed and the mattress were very comfortable, very clean rooms. We had a tasty buffet breakfast. Lidl supermarket and tram station near of the hotel. Just returned from 3 nights at the King Charles. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who went to the trouble of filling us in with all the necessary information as well as giving us a complimentary local drink!
