Great hotel to stay in. The rooms are great. Best of all the staff is excellent. Marketa who is the front desk concierge was very friendly and helpful. Helped us change our room last minute. With staff like these at the hotel one can't go wrong. Highly Recommended. more

As a tourist it was great to have such a helpful staff to rely on during our stay in Prague. Their assistance with little things like directions, transportation, and reservations made the trip delightful . In the evening it was nice to have the friendly bar at which we could unwind and share our experiences with the friends and family.... more

Excellent hotel facilities - although the bar is a little pricey. Reception staff very helpful and room was clean and spacious. Location is great (if you don't mind walking) and is closer to new town than old town square. Would definately return. more

Generally our opinion of the hotel, location, breakfast is that of other reviews and we would therefrore rate as good. However, I had booked the break following a Travelzoo promotion back in April 09 as a special weekend break for my partner's birthday. For our wedding in Prague, we booked all our 50 guests into Ceasar Palace. We had a wonderful time. Everybody was more than happy. 5 min away from the beautiful Carlsbridge. Good service, the staff helps you with everthing. Super clean rooms and good breakfast. All our guests want to come back to Prague and stay in this hotel again. more

Everything you would expect of a top quality hotel. Large clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, wide choice of breakfast items and an excellent base to explore Prague. 20 minutes walk from Old Town or you can catch a tram. In a normal street, with trams running by outside, but nice and quiet inside. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful.
