For a reasonable 69 Euros for a single rate in the off season, I had a large bedroom with an entrance vestibule on the first floor, complemented by a good sized bathroom. I visited the hotel in October 2011 with a friend. The rooms are nice and very clean. For breakfast there was good choice. Because of the location perfect for visiting all important sights in Prague. First of all you don't need an expensive taxi to come from airport. Take a confortable shuttle, to Republik Square. It is just 4 blocks walking and 120 krones (US$ US$ 7).
