everything was poor and low level, the price was expensive, the customer servises was not good. extra servisec did not enough and pesonels were not warm ,... just location of hotel was good

The location cannot be beat - a few steps away from Old Town Square. The rooms were clean, but poorly lit. We were informed that they only changed towels every 3 days, although they actually did so more often. Breakfast was fine. This place has absolutely no charm. It is so dimly lit that you cannot read at night.

Hotel is in a great Location to all Tourist Spots. The staff at Reception Were very very Friendly and more than helpful.
