DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL It smells musty, damp and smokey. Beds are small and mattresses v thin. The management are friendly and helpful, however, the owners are not. They messed up our booking - we got a twin room not a double. The metro stop is a ten minute walk. There are better hotels just down the road, nearer... more
Sincerely we are sorry for this guest but we didn't receive this reservation by Tour Operator so we had some problems to accommodate guest immediately and in requested room. About other hotels close to our hotel they have same our reviews, we offer larger rooms and some services free (continental breakfast, wifi free, garage, equipped kitchen in room) These other...

Do not book this hotel! We booked in August, to stay here sat 20th Sept for 2 nights. Tonight 18th Sept we received an e-mail from them cancelling our reservation. The reason they have overbooked and so we have been dropped. I now have 1 day to find another hotel as we fly Sat 2pm!! Just a warning to anyone... more
Dear Sir/Madam, You receive an email of cancellation by Tour operator and not by our company. When we verify your credit card written in reservation we saw that it was Invalid / Stolen and our terminal told us to Keep Credit Card so we contact Tour Operator to ask to cancel reservation. After their controls they decide to cancel reservation....
