This hotel is not inthe middle of everything but it is really clean and quite nice. The breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful... Definitely NOT a three-star. We weren't expecting much, but what we found was quite dismal. The sheets had holes in them. San Marco is a nice little hotel which serviced all our needs & more! Very close to all the main sights such as Wenceslas Square & Charles Bridge. San Marco is budget focussed, but staff are friendly & helpful. more

Good hotel, inexpensive, clean with big big spacious rooms, cnn in the rooms, helpful staff that speak excellent english, free internet access, good breakfast and centrally located - within walking distance of wenceslas square but also 2 minutes from the tram, metro and bus stops. lots of restaurants and pubs, shops etc nearby. more

We were 5 people who booked one 2-bedroom, and one 3-bedroom. When we arrived we were told that we would get an "appartment" with two bedrooms and one bathroom. So we had to be 5 people sharing one bathroom. When everybody showers in the morning it took some time to get ready... I had to live in the same place... more

The hotel is located in a mainly residential area, about 400m up the road from the main square in the new town (Wenceslas Square - this is where all the 'whole city' tour groups leave from).
