Awful stay at Hotel Balkan. Actually cut our trip short and came home. Room stank of stale cigarette smoke; fleas in the bed; unfriendly staff; creepy ambience and inedible breakfast. More

A really dissapointing experience. We spent there a week a big group of friends and were badly treated by most ot the personnel, except the night receptionist who was lovely.
