Just returned from my 9th visit to this very centralised hotel by the Charles Bridge. Excellent accommodation with good buffet breakfasts. We found this hotel very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful recommending the best tour to use to see things. The hotel itself was very cosy and full of character. Nice breakfast with a good choice.

We recently stayed in Hotel u Zlateho Stromu - biggest mistake ever. The rudest staff ever, no interest in making our stay comfortable, overpriced, overrated. The noise from the night club means we had about 10hrs sleep per 3nights. The only positive is the location as you can walk everywhere from here within 10mins. Within yards of Charlse Bridge located on the Royal Way excellent. Food very good, staff very good, rooms very good with beautiful traditional ceilings, excellent. Despite an aray of bars/clubs underground no sound problems, excellent. Any age group would find this a very worthwhile hotel and excellent value for money. An experience I am happy to repeat.

Czech people are very friendly and nice.There were just one exception. We had a bad experience in U Zlateho Stromu Restaurant on Karlova Street which is very very close to Charles Bridge. We sit there to east sth. There were sth like magazines on the table, I looked one of them and it was an add about tours in Prague.... More

What a location. Right at the St. Charles Bridge and very close to the town square. Room was large and comfortable. Great value. Nice restaurant and outside seating. Would stay here again. Great, friendly staff.

The hotel is small and the hotel staff is friendly . The young lady in reception was helpful. It looks pretty and quaint but smells of smoke and food from the bar and club. Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Is is very nice and clean hotel, next to the Charles Bridge, it has own restaurant and night club. The service was OK, breakfast was great.
