Great staff - super helpful and warm. Really helped out when my girlfriend's luggage didn't show up for five days. They called the airline and airport many, many times trying to find out about it. I can highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect (in the very center of old Prague), rooms are comfortable, stuff is helpful. You can enjoy Jazz nights in the basement of the hotel, it's short walk to many attractions, sites and restaurants. Good value.

We've spent 4 nights during last Christmas at U Stare Pani and enjoyed it every moment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is absolute great - 2 minutes to old two square, 5 minutes to Wenceslas square. We enjoyed twice the live jazz performance in the hotel basement. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very recommended.
