Stayed here for a few nights in February. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Keycard entry which means only guests can access certain areas of the hotel. This hotel is everything you need during your stay in Prague. The rooms are clean and functional and the staff are helpful. The only thing that let it down a little was the quality of the breakfast but overall a good choice right in the centre of the old town.
