Same owners as for hotels Seifert and hotel Grand. We were booked in Bily Lev for May 4-9, confirmed a month prior to trip. We arrived at Bily Lev and only there were told in very un-apologetic and rude manner we had to move to Seifert. I insisted at least on a taxi voucher to move to Seifert as clearly... More

When we booked the hotel, it was advertised as a 24h reception. IT ISN'T. It was just closing as we arrived at 7pm. Also, some confusion over our reservation, which was a mild inconvenience. It was soon sorted, however. It was a good location - 15 minutes from the centre by foot. Breakfast was average. Overall, a cheap holiday. We... More

Quite a basic room wth few frills even the kettle for tea/coffee had to stand on floor because the plug lead wasn't long enough. Slight confusion when booking thought Triple Standard was the rating of the room not how many people could use it! Receptionist very helpful and she's right the Sklep resteraunt down the road was great. Travel distance... More

On the last night of our stay at the hotel we came back at 11 pm and found the door to our room wide open with all the lights on and open windows. We were simply shocked. It seems that the lady who cleaned the room forgot to close the door (and lock it). Routinely the rooms are cleaned before... More

This was booked as a budget hotel. Although quite basic it was 100% adequate. The checking in/out was simple with helpful staff and the room facilities were good. Bathroom appeared very new. Breakfast was a hot/cold buffet and was fine. Although a fair walk to the central sights of prague the tram stop was only a couple of minutes walk... More

I booked this hotel through a flight and hotel package and was given a choice of only 2-3 hotels so I chose Bily Lev as being closest to the centre. So I am not even sure how much we paid for the hotel but I guess it was quite a low price. After reading the reviews in TA I was... More

Hotel is located in quiet street next to Police station :)) Hotel, itself is not bad, it`s just for leaving luggage, taking shower and sleeping 4-5 houres....nothing more. The rooms are old, bedclothes is gray and with little holes, bathroom is too small, it`s very difficult to have normal water it`s too cold or too hot. Prague is great and... More

Arrived before check in time, but was given room from friendly helpful staff straight away. Hotel is no frills but clean with free breakfast. Great variety of food for a low budget hotel. Recommended to anyone wanting a cheap hotel to stay.

The interior is old and worn, and not in a stylish way either, just old and dated. The interior of our room and most of the hotel was in a ghastly peach-colour directly painted on the stone wall. TV is minimal. Refrigerator is of ok size, but not cold enough. Windows were newly fitted and the bathroom is recently refurbished,... More

the hotel at the bottom of a hill, but not very steep.the city is a walk upthe hill then three tram stops to wensaslas square.Get the number 9. they are usually crammed like sardines, but it all adds to the fun of a tram ride. A 24hour ticket is 100KC and you can travel on any tram. the hotel was... More
