I stayed on the fourth floor; the room was very bare with a grubby carpet, hallway light didn't work, the toilet bowl was cracked. our last trip to prague in august 2006 and our second stay at the wonderful otar just reinforced how good this hotel is,quiet ,clean and with great friendly helpfull staff. my only word of caution is to forget your diet if you eat at the hotel restaurant as the portions are huge and the food delicious.
