The hotel is well-located, 2 mins walk from the metro, one min away from the tram station. The hotel is however loud and suits more for school kid outing. At night, it's quite loud. The staffs in general are ok. The room is very old, but clean. The breakfast is good with good varieties.

Good basic hotel, did what it had to, would not rave about it, but have stayed in a lot worse, would stay there again, if i had to.

We have just returned from here and have had an amazing time, we used the hotel as a base and it is very good for this we had room 104 overlooking the rear, view not pleasant but we were only there to sleep, room was very large the floor made some horrible noises though. This Hotel is very near to the bus station. The rooms are good and the food as well. The lift in the hotel is a old one handle with care. The hotel staff are friendly. The hotel can book a package tour and the ATM machines are nearby to the hotel.

Hotle Merkur is great place when You want to visit Prague. The location is great near the train station and near old town. Rooms are big and comfortable, and clean and staff is very nice. all great! Big size room, very comfortable layout. We've stayed 3nights and we've enjoyed stay from start to finish. Big thank you to the Ladies working in the breakfast buffet.
