My wife and I stayed 5 nights, Followed advise from previous reviewer and asked for Tea/coffee making facilities, and they were provided, Had a room to the rear on the 4th floor so no views, but we were not disturbed by the road traffic. Desk staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. In the dining room the breakfast was... More

Stayed for 3 nights with my father in April. We used the hotel car service to get from and to the airport for about 25 EUR each way, which I would highly recommend. The driver was on time as well as nice and the hotel is approximately half an hour away from the airport. A very nice and welcoming hotel.... More

Stayed for 3 nights in april 2012 with my girlfriend. Located 1,2km from Charles bridge and just in front of Kinsky Garden, i found easy to go to the main attractions in Prague. Public transportation is easy to get (tram and metro not fair away). The service was just average, didn't excel our expectations. But it wasn't bad (we booked... More

The staff people are very friendly and helpful in the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are quite clean and beds are comfortable, you sleep like a baby. The only thing is that they don´t have Queen or King Size matreses, they put two single ones together. The location is good, you are close to tram and bus stops... More

Would recommend this hotel and would definitely use it again. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were really helpful. Contrary to other comments about no coffee and tea making facilities in rooms, you only have to ask and these are provided. We walked to the Castle area via the... More

We found the hotel was excellent value (booked through Expedia) with a superb buffet breakfast included. Situated just opposite the south-east end of the biggest park in Prague, it was very easy to get to all parts of the city, either on foot or by tram. The double windows kept out any traffic noise, although we were occasionally aware of... More

Not a really 4 star hotel, but good place to stay in Prague and for a good price. Our room was small and so was the bathroom. Our view was a not attractive backyard, but we stayed little there so we didn't mind. The thing that we appreciated the most was the impeccable bed quality that comfort our tired backs... More

This hotel is a hidden gem in Prague. A little hard to find, but only 1-1/2 blocks uphill from the 20 tram stop. Very helpful staff, charming lobby, very clean nice-sized rooms with tub/shower, free wifi, excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend. And, well priced! Only drawback was that the weather was unseasonably warm in March and there is no A/C... More

We had booked an executive room (they have two of these, they are larger and have a special bathtub and massage shower) for what I found a very good price. We really liked our room, it was very large and so pretty, with high ceilings. Ver comfortable for our 4 night stay, with plenty of space to put our suitcases... More

Perfect! Close enough to Old Town & attractions w/o being burried in them. Petrin Gardens & Tower very very close by. All of Prague at your doorstep! The room was very large and clean with high ceilings. The staff was gracious and helpful. Many, many options for local dining very close by! No worry stay. WiFi connection free & very... More
