The location is not as bad as some reviews suggest. It is two minutes only, if you arrive at the subway station Florenc. Just walk through the shopping mall opposite the train station. The staff is efficient and friendly. The room is as expected in a Hilton. There was a convention during our stay and the noise in the lobby... more
Centrally located. Close to a lot of offices. Unfortunately a few members are very courteous some are not especially at the executive lounge. more
Clean, comfortable, Spacious, however one could be in almost any city in the world. Yes, the club sandwich is the same one you can get from Joburg to NY. An inconsistent experience with the Prague Hilton. Overpriced taxis. So so recommendations for dinner. And trouble at check in, hotel policy is not clear for access to lounge. As a Diamond VIP member of Hilton I am told and expect access to the lounger no matter what, well not in Prague. Other that the other downside was the location, not... more
HI, I stayed here during my 2nd stay in prague.. considering the price, i would give this an average rating.. u hv much better services available at these rates in other comparable 5 star hotels in prague.. the location is also not great.. rgds more
Alright, So I'm writing this review long after I stayed (this was my first proper trip abroad) but this hotel made a lasting impression. Irresponsibility by the staff of the hotel lost my transfer to the airport. The management did nothing to solve the problem. almost missed the flight because of the delay. The staff isn't helpful and speaks little English. more
A very nice hotel--off the beaten path slightly, but within 15-20 minutes of walking to the main squares and only 2-3 minutes walking to the metro stop and also within a few minutes of the main bus station if you plan to take any side trips out-of-town.
