One of the best hotels in Prague, best location - just 2 minutes walk from main square. Beautiful view from room, nice and friendly staff, tasty cuisine in restaurant, amazing fitness club, swimming pool and sauna. More

Everything is well with the hotel, i have been staying at this hotel the first time i came to Prague. Lately though i do not bring my usual laptop anymore and just rely on my ipad. One thing i encountered is that wi-fi is only available in the lobby or at the lounge. I would apprerciate if the management do... More

Been there in January 2012, excellent service, nice and helpful front office staff, nice SPA. Tried the buddha massage - very nice. Also a very positive note for the houskeeping staff, our room was always in perfect condition, even if we were messy sometimes with our stuff. Everything we needed was just one phone call away.. What else? well, maybe... More

Everything rang very smoothly from the moment we made the booking. Arrived late on the Friday night with the Hotel Limo there to greet us. Staff very welcoming, room on the 6th floor with champagne, chocolates and birthday card from the management. Fabulous room with great bed. The only criticism is that the rooms are so hot! Had to sleep... More

We spent five nights here the end of our European tour. Having stayed for a similar number of nights at the Intercontinental in Budapest we were surprised and disappointed by the arrogant, unhelpful attitude of the staff in general - from the concierge, to checkin, restaurant and barman - all had 'attitude', no one smiled and no assistance was offered... Stayed here for 5 days at a conference. The staff were extremely unhelpful.I felt that the cold war was still ongoing. The worst of all was the concierge. This was in large part due to very average levels of English by the staff. The food was satisfactory but the rooms were old and the whole place was very dated.Despite this Prague was a delight... Dear riveroutlook, I appreciate that you took the time to write about your stay in our hotel. It is very sad to read about the lack of service you experienced. The Czech general attitude is certainly a bit cold as you experienced also in other locations, but unfrienliness is not acceptable. I can assure you that we take this very... More

I visited Prague with my wife in order to spend our Christmas holidays there. We've chosen this hotel for its convenient location and the very strong brand name. The facilities of the hotel met our expectations and the hotel room was excellent. Unfortunately we cannot suggest the same about the staff who seemed unhappy to work in Christmas holidays. The... A November trip took me from Vienna to Budapest to Prague and back to Vienna, where I used the ICs in all three cities, the IC Praha was a distant third of these three hotels. The transfer from the train station was excellent; however my check-in was not. A porter watched me carry my bags from the taxi through the... More

The hotel location is great, you can walk to the old town a few blocks away, Hard Rock Cafe and the artist "Charles" bridge, ritzy shopping, etc... That is what you are paying for, not the out of date hotel. The USD price per night should be more like $160 not $500 for this experience and the breakfast for 1... More

We said for new year in two executive rooms. The rooms are a little small but very clean. We had a great new years eve on the top floor restaurant. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable.
