Everything rang very smoothly from the moment we made the booking. Arrived late on the Friday night with the Hotel Limo there to greet us. The hotel location is great, you can walk to the old town a few blocks away, Hard Rock Cafe and the artist "Charles" bridge, ritzy shopping, etc...
