We booked and paid for four nights to stay here in May. We have been informed there has been a change in management and they are not going to honor the booking. It has been paid in full so we have lost our money and now have to find accom at late notice. Ripped off.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel design and amenities are great. The rooms are clean and room design very modern. It is located right next to the central Bus-Stop, tram and metro station. It is very easy to walk through the whole city from the hotel. Hotel stuff should be much more friendly!!!

The staff in this hotel were the worst I have ever encountered! Rude, disinterested and looking like they were doing you a favour whenever you asked them something - even at check in where they were unfriendly and unwelcoming.
