Do not stay at Residence Langhans, Prague (apartments) or book with TravelCook (nothing to do with Thomas Cook). The apartments are not like the website. “Great location and apartment shame about the staff!”

The apartment itself was a very good size, great view out the back, it had all the mod cons and was an ideal location. It should have been perfect but was tainted by the fact that the cleaner never showed up so after 5 days it was a bit smelly, this would be ok but there wasn't any cleaning equipment... More
