Two things, brewery nearby and modern design makes it exceptional choice for those who value those things. We were there for a business. Staff polite and helpfull, room clean and quiet and reasonably large. Parking in garage ok. We have checked also conference facilities. A bit not comfortable chairs and small tables. High speed wifi internet 15EUR /day :(. Breakfast fine. Overall satisfied
