Pension Hestia is the sole budget option in Karlov Vary, it was a far walk from the baths but definitely the write price - about $17 per night for a double. It was clean and comfortable, but the staff was alittle grumpy and spoke no English. The neighborhod it was in was slightly sketchy, but the bus ran late into... More
