imperial is a bit above the centre of Karlovy Vary, but there is a funicular and two buses. the curative facilites seem best in the town (i heard the people who stayed in the other hotels), still the doctors seem to work a bit automatically so you'll have to patiently talk to them to get what you really need. the...
