Every dinner the hotel served chicken as a main course, we paid a lot of money fir this bad service. They offered a glass of wine but it wa rubbish:( i hate this hotel, everything was very bad!!!

Big hotel, bad service, same foods every breakfast lunch and dinner. Stayed there 3 days, all the same dishes we had as a main course...chicken, chicken, chicken. One thing is Karahayit was amazing,, go there but not stay in Polat.

The rooms are a bit out of date, the soap had leaked out of the dispenser, leaving a big crunchy stain of old soap on the bathtub. It seemed that the last time they cleaned the room was a while ago. Simple words..room is bad ,Meals is bad and service is Worst,will never step in this worst hotel.The Thermal pool is so dirty full of Mug.

We hosted here during August 2006. It is a good option, unless you are handicapped, because its structure is on bungalows and some of them do not have easy acces for a wheelchair.
