This is a small gem of the Caribbean! Clean, very well managed, large Deluxe room, clean beach with a moderate surf that you could hear at night. We originally had reservations at the Lazy Parrot, upon arrival we were informed the bar and restaurant were closed. (when making the reservation we specifically asked if they would be open because we understood it was off season, and were assured they would be open.) The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff the friendliest I've ever seen. They make you want to stay. Hearing the ocean waves crash at night is very relaxing. The beach is clean and chairs/umbrellas/beach towels are provided for you. Would definitely recommend people to go to Villa Cofresi!! more

When we first arrived, it was exactly how I had imagined, nothing fancy, but nice beach location and lowkey atmosphere. We had requested a "quiet", oceanview room. The room was a nice size.
