“Great hotel in excellent location to town, very friendly staff.”

This great hotel with big clean rooms is in the heart of Mudgee town. The staff are really friendly, we were coming from Sydney and would have missed check in, but the receptionist stayed open late for us. The room was big, clean and recently renovated. We will definitely stay here again.

“Winning accommodation”

Nice and clean motor inn. We enjoyed a great breakfast. Our accommodation was nice and quiet. Ours was up stairs. Nice balcony with a table and chairs. I highly recommended this motor inn to the weary traveller.

Our group of 11 blokes stayed at the Winning Post during our annual visit to Mudgee for the December races. The rooms have undergone some refurbishment, and were very clean, tidy and well appointed. Clean, tidy, modern rooms....fantastic service, nothing is too much bother... We ordered room service for dinner the steak was cooked to perfection...would definitely recommend eating there. We will go back again

This motel was recommended to me so I booked and paid $136 for the night. The room have a very stale smell when you first enter them.
