I was a bit dubious about staying in a convent, but was pleasantly surprised. The bedroom was huge with a 4 poster bed and modern bathroom. Hotel is well located in the old town amongst other beautiful buildings.

One of the best options to visit Cuenca. Very cosy and confortable hotel. Rooms are ok with confortable beds. However sound isolation to other rooms needs to be improved, breakfast is of good quality. All staf is firendly and ready to help.

Reception staff made no effort to offer any service, smiles or the simple gestures that are key to a satisfying hotel experience. The hotel is located about 1 minute from the Plaza Mayor in the old city which is perfect for exploring the area. The bus stops almost right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Extraordinary service from the front desk staff. They were especially helpful in helping us secure a tourist guide who seemed to be in short supply during our stay. Great location in the center of most sites. Big rooms, very well equiped. Public parking nearby, a bit expensive, but in a nice remodeled old building.
