We stayed in this hotel 13/04/2012-20/04/2012,rooms spacious,great view,comfy beds,spotless,lovely airy dining room.food very good,super location,bus stop outside door of hotel,staff very helpful and friendly,fantastic value!!!.Would love to return !!!.

Place was well located, had three single beds (old), but was well overpriced at 120€ per night for a room of three. Stay there if you want a good location in between the German and the Dutch part of El Arenal and you are there for a party. If you want to relax, this is definitely the wrong location!
