This is a great hotel for party people. Breakfast was better than we expected from a one star hostel. After every breakfast we were full. The room was clean and the maids were friendly. We had a very bad experience with Arcadia. The bathroom was very dirty, old and nothing was working. When we flushed the toilet, the water in the sink wouldn't work, so we had to wait till we could wash our hands.
