Beautiful and charming place, very nice breakfast, amazing bed and full bath also enjoyed using services - Turkish bath and Jacuzzi. Michael the owner of the place is a wonderful person. We recommend it has an amazing view, free bike and an amazing atmosphere.

Michael is a wonderful host with spot-on recommendations for restaurants, wineries and activities. The suite we had was spacious, really a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. Great area for cycling, relaxation and sightseeing numerous hill towns in Umbria.

Our first stay in Bevagna and what a way to start off our trip. Michael, the owner, was very welcoming and we loved his morning breakfast delivery. We had a family room which was very spacious. The pool area was small but completely enjoyable. Great location!

Excellent location for those who want to enjoy beautiful landscapes together with magnificent views of the ancient town. Rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Two points of improvement: it's a bit difficult to find the hotel ( navigation could be modernized), the wine bar is required!!!!! Best to Michael, Maxim P.S. just to clarify there is 1 open pool..
