Our stay there could definitely have been better if it weren't for: the Total lack of any one person responsible for the restaurant area, for the absence of a Maitre (not even on the board), for the non-existence of a Chef in the kitchen, for the meal inconsistencies both at breakfast and main meal, for the fact that bathrooms and... Old fashiond hotel, inside and outside. The room was exactly up the Kitchen, so we could not stay at the balcony because the smell was terrible. The swimming pool was good but very noisy. The breakfast was quite good and the restaurant nice. The beach bar is nice. You need a car.

Well, it is a big, impersonal sort of hotel, and it would not win any architectural prizes. But it was spotlessly clean (anyone finding their room is dirty in Greece should go straight down to reception and they will sort it immediately - much better than moaning about it on Tripadvisor afterwards!) There is blaring music from the beach cafe,... More

Old fashioned 80's hotel, the stuff was very rude, the food moderate, the a/c 's settings were terrible you need a coat in the middle of the summer, the beach wasn't clean,no evening amusement.Stay away

The hotel is actually terrible. It was build on 60s-70s, and till now is just the same. No rennovation at all. Only the dining room has been renovated recently. The most important thing is that the rooms are very very dirty. Especially if you have young children dont think about at all to stay there. The only positive is the... More

Although we had a car the whole week it's not the best place to stay. Food was cold every evening. Breakfast was always the same, they just offered one type of cheese and ham...well the cereals bar was nice, but nothing special. Interiour in the style of the 70s und the guests average age was maybe 75 (well, we felt... More

This was a good hotel. Food was good in the restaurant but STAY AWAY FROM THE BEACH CAFE! It was terriable! had to wait 10 minutes for a plate of chips!! Room was clean but we had to ask for the water to be turned up in temperature as it was lukewarm. The staff were really friendly. I didn't think... More

Stayed at the Palmariva for a week in September 2006. We had a really great holiday. The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and the food was really good. We met a couple who we intend to keep in touch with. They stay in the East Coast of Scotland, and we stay on the West Coast. The company was... More

Flew with Air Scotland/Greece Airways (same company), left on time. The return journey was 2 hours delayed. This hotel is in the perfect location, on its own beach with sunbeds and canopies which are free. The surroundings are beautiful. The rooms are good with a TV which gives BBC World and CNN News. There is a fridge in each room,... More

Really lovely hotel which was well kept and very clean. The food is really good and there is a great choice and the drink is average priced. The hotel is located on a private beach with water sports, beach bar/cafe and countless sunbeds and parasols all of which are free of charge. Could not fault the hotel one bit. Now... More
