What a great locaton. Everything we needed in walking distance. The Beach is patrolled and alot less crowded than Noosa, my husband was also very excited about the great surf that this beach is known for. Needs maintenence and decent regular cleaning. Damp smell on entrance, which we discovered was a leak in the main bedrooms ceiling, dripping on the carpet, after some heavy rain.
