“Horrible, expensive stay”

Booked through Accom Noosa who were absolutely shocking to deal with. Room was incredibly dirty inside and out. We found hairs in bed and fold out couch, dusty surfaces everywhere, overfrosted freezer, rust and mould in various places. Reception was excellent as we had just arrived early morning after an overnight flight and they allowed us to go to our room straight away which was great.
