Stayed for three nights. Room was near the main building and reception. The pub and restaurant does get noisy. The food was excellent. Room was fine with all you needed. Port Hedland is an interesting place. The reality is there are some amazing things to see and do and, really good beaches but, it is simply a mining town (in reality it is a port that supports mining).
