Undoubtably a lovely building and the location, staff etc were great but our room should have been a single room and no more. The bed took up almost all of the room (nowhere to stand up) and was poorly ventilated by one small window. Our sleep was hot and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was fine but that room is better designed... More

We stayed here for one night & were very happy with this hotel. We checked out another hotel before finding this one. Things we liked: * Good location. It was an easy walk to restaurants or to the waterfront. * Fair prices. * Clean. * Good staff. * Comfortable beds. * Large room & large bathroom We would stay here... More

The woman who checked us in was super nice. I kind of wish I stayed in the old original building but the new wing was roomier and better for my mom. The Stag restaurant downstairs was my best meal in 2.5 weeks in Australia. More

Stayed there for one night on the way to Melbourne. Room was small and okay for one night but had all the facilities. The common room was fully stocked with Milk, Biscuits, Coffee, Tea and sugar. There was a Micro to heat food and a toaster. Rooms had nice flat screen TV with clean towels and shampoo. The shared toilets/bathrooms... More

What a differance from the night before, and the same chain of Motels. Met with a wonderful smile, and taken to our room. Coutyard setting. Light and airy. Extremelly helpful host. Restored our faith for the on going journey. More

we stayed in a King room which was very spacious. Very comfortably furnished, leather couches and chairs with a 'proper' table' to sit at. Continental breakfast was servied in the Stag restaurant just across the courtyard. The hotel is sooo convenient to town and plenty of choices for lunch and dinner. More

Stayed three nights at Seacombe House over Christmas, the accommodation in the Pelican Cottage was wonderful and the stay enjoyable. Brenda booked us in and nothing was too much trouble, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen more than adequate, I cooked Christmas lunch, no problems, they provided extra cooking facilities. The spa and bathroom was great, the location close to... More

This Hotel is just a simple good place bur Nothing Fancy. Parking space close to the room is limited. Could have possible car noise. Rooms are very spacious, clean. More

We stayed here for 2 nights after travelling along the Great Ocean Road. The room was very spacious with seperate table and all the usual stuff. Bathroom was also very nice (though the fan was very loud - sounded like a helicopter!). The best things about the hotel were the free internet (wireless - fantastic - a real bonus). Also... More

We found this to be excellent as a straightforward budget motel-style hotel. It comprised a main hotel/restaurant building with a newer two-story apartment block alongside in a courtyard with allocated parking. Our room was on the ground floor of the apartment block. We approached it through a rather brown and dated corridor but the bedroom itself was clean, roomy and... More
