Friendly service, great location with beautiful ocean view, convenient car parking and clean linens made our ( my husband and I) accommodation enjoyable yet it was a very busy weekend so other guests were noisy around our room. It's not a luxury room but it is clean enough to feel comfortable.

We travelled with our adult grandchildren and needed 2 bedrooms and this was perfect. 2 communicating rooms sharing a bathroom. It may be a bit dated but was very clean with comfortable beds. You could walk to the village center for a variety of good dining venues. Check-in was fast and efficient.

Was attracted to this motel as right opposite the harbour and a block away from the shops. Room was a good size although a bit dated in its decor. Check in was efficient. TV was old style - time to upgrade to a flat screen!

We arrived in Port Campbell without having booked accommodation. The lady at reception was helpful in finding a room for us. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right within Port Campbell and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. A comfortable place to stay during your drive along the Great Ocean Road.

The worst night of our trip in Australia. Service was awful, room was not comfortable, other customers were noisy around our room, and above all the town of Port Campbell is not interesting at all.

Our "average" rating is pretty accurate. The inn has a great location in Port Campbell, next to the beach, and 2min walk to all restaurants & bars.
