We got a balcony room that was very clean. Service was good, although restaurant was closed. Very quick walk to Cowes shops and next door to beach. Realised you can bring your own camper - that would be a great holiday! Overall value for money. More

This was the worst and most expensive place we stayed at during our month tour of Australia. Dingy room, rooms among caravan park area, restuarant looked filthy.Staff unwelcoming and could not offer a snack or drink mid afternoon. Phillip Island lovely though and would recommend you visit but just don't stay at this hotel. More
