Stayed for one night in February 2008, and we were upgraded for free from a motel room to a service apartment.

Apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable and modern, consisting of two rooms. The first room contained two single beds, a table and chairs and a full kitchenette; the second room contained a double-bed and a balcony with great views over the beach. There was also a very modern bathroom with a great shower and a spa bath. It looked as though it had been recently decorated.

The staff were very friendly, and there was a free breakfast included. The location was very good - it's right opposite the beach, about 3 minutes walk into the centre of Cowes town. more
