We stayed for only one night at Sandpiper and were sorry it was not more. If we'd known how lovely this motel was, in fact all of Apollo Bay, we would have definitely stayed more. What can i say? Very comprehensive review. They clearly loved us and our motel. We plan to try some new carpet in one of the rooms that cause us a little grief every now and then and see if that works. That will happen in the quieter months of winter. More

Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, quiet and peaceful location, beach just across the road, walking distance to shops, short driving distance to scenic attractions. If coming this way, would stay again!

We came with our family and two other families and got a two bedroom apartment and an additional room. Both were clean, cosy and well appointed with comfortable bedding, adequate lighting and a clean, large ensuite toilet. Clean, comfy and well appointed is the verdict! We agree, and thanks for saying so. We try our best to make the best of what we've got. We have recently installed a new wifi service which offers free and fast connections. the next time these guests come perhaps they can try it! More

What a great place, spent 4 nights touring around the great ocean road and based our trip in Apollo bay. could not have picked a better motel, great position and great people. just a short walk to centre of town

Not only can you see the Ocean through the trees from an Ocean View Room, you can hear it. There is nothing better than falling to sleep listening to the ocean roll in. Very relaxing. Come and try it! More

“Wonderful Management”

On holiday I found this wonderful little property on line. Instead of booking went in and they honored the price. The accommodations were nice and very clean. The staff was excellent. Lee Ann was great and took care of every detail. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank Julie USA

The managers of the property were welcoming and the 2-bed apartment was clean, comfy and great value for money. Would recommend to anyone. Apollo Bay is lovely, we stay here as part of our drive on the Great Ocean Road Trip. The trip was one of must-dos.
