Stayed here for one night and found the place average for the money paid. While it was clean it was poorly maintained. We stayed here our last night on the Great Ocean Road. Cottage was a 2 bedroom that was clean, well-equipped. Not new but definitely well maintained. Greeted by owner, who was helpful and friendly at check-in. Having a bird's nest with 3 baby birds outside our dining room window was an added bonus.
