No lift but views from all of the rooms (there are only 5) and a balcony too. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. Good value too. Mistimed the journey from Melbourne to 12 Apostles. When I got to Apollo Bay, about 80km from 12.Apostles, it was already dark.
