Awesome views, great location, large living space. Kitchen cleanliness was apalling, bathroom clealiness very average.
Ended up leaving a day earlier because we couldn't stand the grime, my wife needed a holiday not a cleaning job!
I agree with earlier comments, management should take note of the feedback about the cleanliness.

The hotel was not four star as expected. Dated furniture and old television. The pool area was tired and shabby and the garden was positively boring, not tropical as I had expected for my long awaited holiday in tropical Queensland. WE stayed at Sirocco in late October . The property is in a fantastic position in the heart of "resturaunt Mooloolaba". It's very busy on weekends as we found out. Staff wrere very helpful, and because the air-con in our unit wasn't working, brought up fans...weren't needed.

The apartment wasn't clean, floor under sofa never cleaned, dust on lamps, dust on back of sofa, curtains dirty, splashes on bin in bathroom, splashes on cupboards and walls, balcony floor dirty! Pros: roomy and well furnished, and breathtaking unrestricted ocean views. Great location.
Cons: dated tv - not flat screen.
Suggested improvements: kitchen should be stocked with one dish cloth and one tea towel and some dishwashing liquid and complementary salt and pepper.
Also the BBQ should have cleaning brush supplied if they want guests to clean up afterwards.
