lovely house, friendly staff, location is awesome, garden magnificent at this time of the year overall, our experince is wonderful, We would be back.

It was a good location to walk to the Three Sisters and other walks however we found the beds incredibly uncomfortable - all of us taking over an hour of tossing & turning to get to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, the ensuite was fine (although the shower temperature varied). The place is well-appointed - but the atmosphere is missing because the owners are not friendly. The breakfast music is sombre and the entrance foyer is lit by the FIRE EXIT sign - a good hint of the general atmosphere.

Stepping into the accommodation was like stepping into the past. A dirty, depressing, scary past.
