Do not believe the negative comments from people who are too critical of anything other than perfection. The hotel is an older style retro hotel, but has been very tastefully refurbished, giving it a wonderful old style charm, while still being very comfortable. We stayed here in Jan 2013 and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is really well looked after and the staff are great! Very helpful and friendly! (Also very Funny!) Good sized rooms and a spa room too!

Quaint hotel, old fashioned with English charm.Period places are not shiny and new but weathered with history,this hotel is becoming a part of Australian heritage and although needs some upkeep was clean and comfortable
