The staff are really helpful and friendly, my hubby and I felt welcome when we arrived. Great view from the roof! Value for money, clean, easy to see from the highway. Recommend the steakhouse next door! I'd stay here again if in the area!!

Clean room with a comfortable bed and good amenities i. e. fridge and free wifi, though the air con/heating didn't work in my room. The location suffers from being on the 'wrong side' of the Great Western Highway, therefore walking into Katoomba isn't really an easy option. Otherwise, no complaints.

Arrived in the rain, and left in the rain! So didn't get to see anything at its best. Basic motel rooms, but all you need. Spacious as well. No issues with the road close by, but I sleep like the proverbial log. Our friends room had a slight musty smell .. ? not used regularly, but it didn't bother them.... More

It's a classic old Best Western motel. A bit old and tired, but great value, great location, and the management (Denise) goes as step beyond expectation. Take her advice, she knows the area. We covered all the great views, missed all the other tourists. And a surprisingly good steakhouse next door, reviewed separately.

What a treat to be able to stay in this really old hotel. I love visiting Katoomba each time we return for vacation in Australia. It was quite a treat to stay in this lovely old hotel. Lovely hotel in the perfect central location to all that we had planned to see on this trip.

If your looking for a comfortable place to stay in the hub of tourist attractions in blue mountains - this is the spot! With friendly, informative staff greeting you on arrival and a good quality bed to crash in after visiting the Three Sisters at sunset you can't go wrong. Bathrooms not flash but room 25 was spacious and quiet.

Great location, close to both Katoomba, and better still Leura. Rooms are clean, very comfortable, and quiet, despite being so close to the motorway. A good free wifi connection was an added bonus.
