Pleasant staff. Great location. Great view of the beach. Restaurant is good value although it has a limited menu. Highly regarded for a few days away. Off street under ground parking (great for near the beach)

Overpriced and soulless. Stayed 2 nights and our "luxury boutique room" came complete with dead coackroach, a toilet that wouldn't stop flushing and a bathroom that flooded with water when it rained. The problems other reviewers have complained about have not been solved at all- keys that don't work, being locked out of rooms, air-conditioning not working, hostile staff and less than average food-allin all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
