A small motel in the town of Cooma. Walking distance to the town. The room was very clean with all amenities. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Affordable and I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Cooma.

Stayed on the way to the east coast, and the room desperately needed a clean up and a makeover. The bedding was shabby and the sheets uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the owner helpful, but not enough to draw us back again.

Nice very clean and recently renovated room, Management were very helpful and happy to help with our last minute change of dates. They even recommended a cheaper and better option. This was my 2nd stay and i will be back next snow season.
